The painting surface must be clean, dry and free from grease and dust and other impurities.
Steel surface: remove oil by sandpaper # 80, remove rust by blowing sand if necessary.
Aluminum surface: remove oil and rust by sandpaper # 120 - # 180.
Galvanized steel surface: remove oil and rust by sandpaper # 180.
· Stir Part A thoroughly with a stirrer. Pour part B into part A container with the ratio of 3 parts A and 1 part B. Stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until the mixture is homogeneous.
· Allow the mixture to stand for 15-20 minutes, until it turns green to use it for construction.
· No dilution.
· The blended mixture should not be left exceed 8 hours at 230C.
