SP ^® SEALER is a solvent-free, epoxy resin primer consisting of two components, cured by polyamide or polyamine.

SP ^® SEALER use for increasing the adhesion; the sealant prevents the alkalization of the coating on the concrete floor in industrial floor system.

• SP®FIRESHIELD - FS1 is a high-quality fire resistance paint made from fire-synthetic resins, bulging agents and air entraining agent. Paint contains reinforcing minerals which help increasing heat and bearing resistance.
• High fire resistance with automatic mechanism generates non-flammable gases that prevent flame from contacting steel structures and protected materials.
• In high temperature environments starting at about 200-300°C, the components in fire-paint react with each other and swell to create a sustainable layer of coal that is able to insulate the structure with the heat source. The bulging layer has a porous structure with honeycomb-shaped holes containing non-flammable gas which prevents the heat of the fire from outside transmitting to the steel surface, maintaining a stable steel temperature <400°C to keep the steel structure from being damaged, collapsed or melted.
• The ingredients contained in SP®FIRESHIELD - FS1 are insoluble in water, not diffused into the environment during use.
• SP^®FIRESHIELD - SF1 is certified to have fireproof time up to 180 minutes by Vietnam Fire and Rescue Police Department.
